First Look | Mirrors’ Opening Scene

9 08 2008

With news that the studio has made the decision to open the horror film, “Mirrors” cold, we can’t review the film until it opens on Friday. That doesn’t stop us from showing you the film’s opening sequence which looks like this is going to be some sick . . .

Generally when films open cold (without a screening for film critics) it usually indicates that a film is either pretty bad and the studio wants to take the money and run before YOU discover it too or a filmmaker or studio understand that critics either won’t get it or will hate it anyway, so why bother.

This story of a security guard who begins to sense that something is a little off with the mirrors in a store where he works is probably a little bit of both.

Enjoy!
